Consulting and production
Whether standard or special designs with specific technical requirements, commercial and industrial customers will find the right solution in the SAHLBERG Fluid Center. In the initial procurement of hoses, our certified consultants for hoses and fittings perform risk assessments in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23 EC. For this purpose, they need information about the pressure, temperature, and the medium as well as the medium state - liquid or gaseous. When the risk potential has been determined, our staff provide a vendor-neutral recommendation of the best product for the required application according to price/performance criteria. This is followed by production of the hose line including a 3.1 inspection certificate in accordance with EN 10204:2005.Customer benefits:

Production of assemblies
We have a wide range of products for technical components. We keep many components associated with hoses such as holding plates or mounting materials in stock so that complete systems can be supplied as assemblies.Mobile test service
For many years, our professional staff, qualified in accordance with TRBS 1203, have successfully performed testing of hoses directly at customers’ sites. Equipped with a special service-van and an endoscope, our certified German Water Resources Act (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz, or WHG § 19) mobile testing service performs to the same high standards as in our own hose workshop. This includes the documentation of all work carried out by using a certificate in accordance with TRBS 1201. If a hose does not pass the test, it will be repaired or replaced on site and then a test certificate is issued again at the end.Customer benefits:

Reminder service for hose re-testing
In order to operate hoses safely even over many years, the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (Betriebssicherheitsverordnung) stipulates regular hose re-testing. We support our customers in establishing and adhering to the re-testing period and can provide a computerized reminder service on request - Recall Service.Training courses

In this way, we provide valuable insights into the current rules and regulations. You also get many useful tips and the opportunity to test the acquired knowledge with practical examples.
