Processing Technical Products

To ensure that our customers can focus on their core competencies and save time, we offer individual processing steps and provide products ready for use or for immediate further processing. Our in-house production can be flexibly adapted to requirements and supplied at short notice.

Express service for drive elements

Continuous production of toothed and flat belts, cutting of special widths for toothed belts and ribbed belts, belt coating, application of pick-ups, cutting to length and continuous production of chains and special pulley production.

Linear service

Cutting to length and grinding of profile rail guides.

Seal service

Production of gaskets of all kinds by punching, cutting, water jet cutting, stamp plotting and freehand cutting. TÜV-certified production of boiler gaskets in accordance with TRD 401.

Bonding

Bonding of plastics and elastomers with each other and with other materials. Adhesive tapes in special widths, self-adhesive stamped parts made of foam, rubber or plastics.

Assembly

Assembly of mechanical components and completion of components.

Cutting service and semi-processing of plastics and rubber

Processing and customization of semi-finished plastic and rubber sheets in accordance with drawings, patterns or requirements: cutting, sawing, turning, milling, drilling, punching, grinding and bonding. More information can be found here.

Hose manufacturing and testing service

Production of hoses in accordance with PED 97/23/EC Module A1 and German Chemical Industry Association (Berufgenossenschaft Chemie) BG leaflet T002/BGI 572. Crimping of fittings for hygienic connections in accordance with DN 100 mm, installation of hose fittings with clamps in accordance with DIN 2817/2826. Initial tests and re-testing in accordance with the Operational Safety Ordinance by competent persons. More information can be found here.
